Before making a purchase, please register your address with us and create your shopper profile using the following instructions:

• At Truter Family Wines, our wines are conveniently packaged in cases of 6 bottles each. All prices are quoted per case of 6 bottles, and final purchases must be made in multiples of 6 during checkout.

• The billing address provided will be used for delivery unless the user or shopper specifies a different shipping address during registration.

• A standard delivery cost of R100 per order will be applied to all deliveries.

• Standard delivery within covered regions is estimated to take 3 to 5 working days.

REFUND POLICY

At Truter Family Wines, we are committed to delivering the best service possible. If any issues arise with your order, we will gladly rectify the problem at no cost, provided that the original wines are returned to us (we will arrange a collection). We strive to offer wines of exceptional quality, but we regret that we cannot exchange or refund opened bottles that don't meet your personal taste.

For orders paid via EFT, if payment doesn't reflect in our account within 24 hours of placing the order, your order will be automatically canceled.
